I consider it important to handle personal data transparently. This privacy policy informs you about which personal data I process, for what purposes I use it and to whom I may pass it on.

1 Processing of personal data

I process the following personal data in particular:

  • Contact details such as first name, last name, address, email address and telephone number.
  • Information from our correspondence, for example, appointment arrangements, emails or other communications.
  • Information and orders that clients or other third parties provide to me in connection with coaching or consulting services.
  • Financial and payment data such as billing address, bank details or payment information.
  • Technical data in connection with the use of my website or other digital services.
  • Information about social media and online activities in connection with my services.
  • Visual material such as photos or videos, for example, in the context of events.
  • Particularly sensitive personal data that may arise in the course of coaching, organisational consulting or short-term consulting.

2 Purpose of data processing

I process personal data in particular for the following purposes:

  • Providing coaching, organisational consulting and short-term consulting services.

  • Communication with clients, interested parties and clients.

  • Processing requests and scheduling appointments.

  • Contract management, invoicing and payment processing.

  • Operation and development of my services and my website.

  • Ensuring system security and stability.

  • Marketing and relationship management.

  • Fulfilling legal obligations.

I process personal data on the basis of your consent, for the fulfilment of contracts, due to legal obligations or due to legitimate interests.

3 Communication and online meetings

Appointment requests are currently made via email.

For online meetings, I use the data protection-friendly Swiss service Veeting with data hosting in Switzerland.

I store coaching notes and summaries electronically in kDrive of Infomaniak Network SA, with data storage in Switzerland.

To record registrations, contact details and other information, I may use the online form tool Findmind.

I do not record coaching or consulting sessions unless we have expressly agreed to do so in advance.

For the preparation and follow-up of coaching sessions and for written summaries, I use AI-powered applications. In this case, I only use services with servers located in Switzerland. (Infomaniak Euria / AI Tools). Before entering this system, I remove or anonymise all direct personal references (names, locations, specific company names) so that no identification of a natural person is possible. These tools are used for analysing, reflecting on and ensuring the quality of my work. I am always responsible for the counselling process.

4 Cookies and website

My website may use cookies. Some cookies are technically necessary, others are used for analysing and improving my offer.

You can restrict or disable the storage of cookies in your browser settings. However, this may mean that not all functions of the website are fully available.

I may use Matomo Analytics to analyse the use of my website.

5 Disclosure of personal data

I treat personal data confidentially and only disclose it if it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract, if there is a legal obligation or if you have given your consent.

Payments are made by bank transfer or TWINT Business.

I may use the following services in particular:

  • Veeting AG, Switzerland (online meetings)

  • Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland (kDrive, email and AI-powered text analysis via AI Tools/Euria)

  • Findmind AG, Switzerland (digital forms and data collection)

  • Matomo Analytics (web analytics)

  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Ireland (Instagram)

  • LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Ireland (LinkedIn)

Please note: I do not use AI services with servers located outside of Switzerland or the European Economic Area (e.g. ChatGPT/OpenAI, USA) for the processing of client data. All AI processing takes place exclusively in certified data centres in Switzerland.

If service providers process personal data outside of Switzerland or the European Economic Area, I ensure that appropriate data protection guarantees and suitable protection measures are in place (this primarily applies to social media platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn).

6 Data security

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.

7 Data retention

I only retain personal data for as long as it is required for the purposes for which it was collected or as long as there are legal retention obligations.

I retain accounting and invoicing documents for ten years in accordance with legal requirements.

I generally retain coaching documents, notes from conversations and documentation related to the assignment for the duration of the collaboration and for a maximum of five years after the assignment has ended.

After the expiry of the relevant retention periods, I delete the data.

8 Rights of data subjects

You have, in particular, the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability in accordance with the legal provisions.

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, I am here for you.

9 Changes

I may modify this privacy policy at any time. The current version on my website shall always apply.
